Is it true that lasers being imported (from compainies like dragon and novalasers) into the U.S. are being confiscated? Thats messed up!

Yes, it is true.
Messed up, not really. Most of them, technically, are illegal. The FDA tries as hard as it can to catch all of them... and usually only a few get caught here and there. Just be glad you're not in Australia.

Because they would have to get into your house... I'm sure they would take them if you shipped them out of country with an actual power output listed.

FDA -- Food and Drug ??? and pet food and laser and .....
Do they have no limit in power? We have food problems, bad pharacuticals and they worry about pet food and lasers ???
