okey dokey.. forum rollback really screwed this over.
so. i'm refunding people as i am able... stuff's on its way to senkat and i'm about to post a sale thread.

i intend to refund every participant. if i am able to refund most, i may be able to ship some orders if people are willing to wait a little longer. but i can't do many orders.

this is to recap what was lost, btw.


by the way senkat what on earth does "Bueller" mean? :P
Be sure to let me know how many kits i sent you too.


also - I am unable to process paypal refunds for most payments as they are past 60 days from the original transaction. I'll calculate the cost with and without fees in future and send such an amount that the received amount is right after the fees are taken off.

Google "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" I most likely butchered the hell outta his name...CLASSIC 80's flick - that monotone teacher guy that does the Visine commercials was calling roll.....and the REST was history :)

Oh, I will let you know how many of what is in the package when it arrives !
 
The only reason I remember, is that he hosted a TV Gameshow about 8 years ago called "Win Ben Stein's Money". Other than that i'd have no idea ::)
 
You still haven't answered my questions that I made to you Blue and considering you are holding a vast amount of other peoples money here it would be courtious of you of maybe thinking about a few personal emails/PM's to concerned people, instead of a blanket 'this is what I am going to do', ?????  This should not be a case of 'this is what I am going to do' it should be a case of 'I am going to do this your YOU! Individually.
Some people are not quite as understanding as others and you could quite easily have a court battle here on your hands if you are not careful.

Where have all the boards gone to that you ordered and said you had????  WHY can't I have my boards?  Why do you have to refund?

Answers would be nice!!

I repeat:-

Blue - Can you please let me know if you have sent out my unbuilt boards yet?
If not then please tell me WHEN and more to the point IF you are likely to ship them out to me?

If there is no chance at all of me getting them at all then please forward me a FULL refund, INCLUDING the extra's I ordered a few days later on from the original order - And NOT a Paypal payment for the amount either as I have heard you have done to others - A FULL Paypal refund.

Bearing in mind further back in the thread I was classed as TOP PRIORITY having paid for expediated delivery @ $20.00 Yes people, $20.00 for a very small parcel or even a small padded bag to the UK?? !

I am willing to wait a little longer but no more than a couple of weeks.

Did you purchase as many boards and components, with our money, that you required to carry out the transaction?

If not then where has all the money gone too?
 
Well, since all that splenderiferous pontificating by myself and others Who Shall Not Be Named has gone into the big bit-bucket in the sky, I had better put myself back in the queue:

1) I would prefer to have driver 'kits' at this time (5 of them)

2) I offered to purchase one of your Kenn-nom barrels from you.

You said yes to the barrel purch but then ignored my request for a paypal acct to deposit to. A blessing in disguise I take it... so that's out unless I miraculously receive the thing on my doorstep, at which time I will immediately fund the account of your choice with the requested amount.

Square now?

...and I don't need to hear opinions and vituperation from the peanus gallery, please... it would only be met by a round of subcutaneous slander indistinguishable from your current interior itchiness but far, far more perma-marker in its deliberation on your existential poverty. Really. So continue to have a nice day.

Bue - just post more than a few words at a time, and answer some questions - be honest, people respect that, they really do ! YOU CAN RECOVER of you open the lines of communication - would anyone be adverse to a new thread started called, BlueFusion Debt" and ONLY people that have paid, and not received would post there ! List what items you ordered/and/or payed for, but have not received anything, BF - you can handle it whatever way you ant. If you need help getting this organized, then just PM me with the data, or email it to me - I can help you either getting everything straightened out. Offer is on the table - I need a table, or spreadsheet - username, item bought, money collected, STATUS, and money refunded thus far. It;ll help you get organized - and IF you feel comfy with the trust factor - let me know what your cash flow is like - I am help you fix up a budget. If you send the uncompleted boards to me, I can get them operational, and get them distributed out - up to you, offer of help is on the table.
 
I've been sitting here with this blueray diode just waiting for a driver since early december. That's nearly half a year. This is f***ing ridiculous. You could have shipped all the loose parts to everyone within a day, hell I could have told you in january that I'd take loose components.. you could have had them in the mail february 24th. It takes under a minute to put some parts in an envelope and write an address on it... so far it's taken you one month since you said you'd mail those asap.. (43828 minutes longer than it should take) to do this.
It's always been an option for me to place an order from digikey or mouser, but you keep f***ing telling us that you're just about to mail us these, so I never do.. even though I could have had the parts months ago.
So, now, after months of you keeping us waiting patiently, not telling us there was any problems, repeatedly saying you'd ship them right away, you're telling us that after all this we're not getting drivers, we're not getting parts, but we're getting a lousy refund minus paypal fees? WTF!??!!??
 
I like the way you're talking senkat, can we have an IM conversation about it at some point. I prefer to discuss things in realtime, it makes more sense somehow.

This is long enough, send me them and I'll try soldering them with my electric frying pan and IR thermometer.
 
Okay, HERE is where this issue stands today -

Bluefusion will send me the user names of everyone that is owed drivers, how many, etc - I will be in contact with each one of you separately to find out if you want a KIT, or if you want the completed drivers. Bluefusion will send me the parts needed, via a traceable method of shipment, and I will get them distributed out to folks wherever they may be. I have the capacity to solder the SM components, and also to pack them up in anti-static baggies for shipment, and will do so within a week of receipt of the parts. Do not flood my inbox(es) with PM's as of yet, as this is still "on the table" until I receive the data, and the parts from Bluefusion. I am helping him out, because he is having major issues finding balance with budgeting his time, finances, and communications, and because it is the right thing to do, to step in and help out a forum member that is having a tough time. I think as long as everything goes as planned, this should work marvelously.

I guess it could have something to do with having added a -1 earlier... [sub]::)[/sub]
that was to restore what I'd put in before the server meltdown, regarding flaming of a certain junior member of the pack... [sub]>:( :([/sub]

But now you're Mr. Nice Guy again - maybe it's... well, I just entered the world of continuous "pain management" (back, lower spine, legs) so know about ups and downs but you've been a roaring roller-coaster!

i am constantly amazed at how this forum supports its members both in this hobby and in times of need. with the exception of a few re***ds this forum could very well be the best community i am involved in. ::)
