brings back memories...... memories of mum buying me 15 large packets for my birthday..... heh id sit at night getting all the powder out of them occasionally there was a big puff and id burn myself but boy was it fun :P. cant wait till i got my laser in the case..... i should really do it....

that's sort of like me, i had one of those caps and started poking it with a knife (don't ask why, i was young ;D). And you can guess what happened after that ;D ;D ;D

It reminds me of when i found my dads ammo for his .22 blank gun. Me and a friend took a handful of these blank down the street and threw house bricks on them ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

By JESUS what a bang!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

We seem to have a lot of pyromaniacs here..... Muahahahahahaha ! ;D ;D

It DOES work with the ones that are on a paper roll - but the ones you throw on the ground I am not certain of....I don't even have to sharpie the paper caps - they go POOFnPOP pretty dang fast !

i must get some caps in time for my new lasers arrival, i like it when they go poof, its more of a poofdoofp sound really. i'd happily sit there for hours with a lighter setting them ablaze. pretty soon i'll have me a laser lighter
.oO(mmmmm poofdoofyness)

Poofdoofyness, huh ? LOL ! Sounds like you are a little eager to get your new toy ! ;D ;D

WOW! didn't realize my little movie would create such a buzz.  I am not suprised at all the pyro's here though.  As long as it's not balloons full of acetalyne.  LOL.  Seriously though it's very important to take the proper precautions when playing with anything combustable.  I DID have safety glasses on and there was a lot of flying debris was kind of afraid of getting splatter on my lens.  Especially since it's plastic!

I was having kind of this same conversation with my boss and tlaking about all the stupid stunts we did as a kid and lived to tell about it. We learn in the darndest ways and some of the stupid things we shouldn't have lived to tell about. It's fun to play with this stuff. We all have done our own stunts that if our parents had found out about we would have been in trouble. I particularly would stuff match heads inside of co2 cylinders to make bombs. LOL. I've still got all my fingers. although a friend lost his nose when he lit a testers bottle full of firecracker powder. the cap blew off and the twisted metal cut his nose right off!

yeah poofdoofyness, its like poof but at the same time doof, it's not like a popping balloon noise, but more of a smoke bomb noise, as for my new toy i'll treasure it like i do all my toys. all i have to do is wait for it to arrive. i hate waiting, i'm waiting on a cell phone jammer too. i've no idea why i want one. but i have to have one. even as i type this i'm looking at what toys to buy next. if only i had more hands to hold more lasers

no nose... that must suck. i've done the fireworks in the bottles and blanks with a brick, i think the most dangerous was the detonators from trains, you needed half a pavement slab to set one of them off, i found it kinda odd when there was no trace of them left after the bang. i still wonder what happens to them after they pop, it's not like they're small either
