Thanks for the kind words Bob +rep

Its all gone besides the 505nm SB217HN91 diode....If anyone in the EU was looking for one, this would be a quick option, no waiting from China

Re: FS: a few items

Do you know where I can get a driver for this 505 jnrpop? Also have you spectro'd it?

Hi C,
Not spectro'd, the members with results so far put the HL&HN91's from 501 to 506 at typical operation, HN's being around 505nm.

As for drivers, it all depends on your setup. in a labby, you can use any driver that outputs 50-300mA @6-6.5V. DTR has the Nano, Survival has the blitz linear, also Astral might release the omni soon enough, members have also used the FlexdriveV5 that Dtr stocks too on these high Vf drop diodes from sharp. As a Labby setup, the module is isolated from the battery, therefore is just a matter of making the correct polarity connections from driver to diode.

If your planning a Portable setup, the Blitz linear using 2x 3.7V cells is the only option atm, until Astral releases his Linear drive. The host will be the Positive path, and the Blitz linear driver is continuous positive, so it controlls the negative side of the loop, perfect for a host using the current path to complete the circuit :D

Appreciate the interest,

Best regards,
J

Re: FS: a few items

Thanks jnrpop.
If i'm making it myself, i'd probably go for a lab setup. The only thing is the gamble on the wl.
>505nm would be pointless for me, as it will look no different noticeably with my 520.

Re: FS: a few items

Hi Curtis,

Labby would be great, especially if you have the time/money to build in temperature stabalization

I have a SB147EC91 diode, they all tested >505,
and there is a very noticable difference to my PL520-520nm laser,
its actually quite a difference, you can see it here:

Keep me in mind jnrpop. I'm not claiming it yet though.
I've still got a few things to consider.

Re: FS: a few items

:D Still available, and a quick way for a member in the EU to have a ~505nm diode
