FS: Short Open Can in Aixiz w/ Rkcstr

i had an SF-AW210 sled laying around with a diode still attached, so i harvested it, thinking i was going to make an IR burner.....but when i fired it up at 150mA it turned out to be the short open can red that comes on the sled and not the IR.

So i set it at 300mA.........(rkcstr fixed adjustment driver)

if anyone wants it, $25 shipped

output will be around 200mW
The short open can's aren't as strong as the LOC diodes from the LPC.

But it's still makes for a good laser.
I'll drop it to $20 shipped......awesome deal considering it comes with a driver also.

i'll prob have another tomorrow.....seems to be the same diode.....watch this one actually turn out to be an IR....well i'll either have another red, or a burning IR tomorrow.

I'll take it, I really just need the driver though. My laser fell and it's dead now

if i can just pop it in the old coleman host with heatsink with 2 CR2's and make it work?
btw: is 300mA a low, medium, or high current for such a diode? (ie, what duty cycle am i looking at here?)

primary, it'd be +$7 for shipping to canada.
i can help you out with getting it ready for the coleman host.

according to graphs, 300mA is about as high as you'd want to go with these diodes.
