FS: My new 635nm 900mW - diode two pins

dear, this is picture for comparing dot between Mitshu P73 and Sharp (smaller dot) range 4 metres.
they are be used both lens G2

Now, that is what I wanted to see. It appears the divergence, though not good, is better than the Mits P73. I wonder if this diode could be tamed with only a 3 element lens and a BE. Output power would suffer, but it might be better than the Mits.

That is not a 635nm/638nm laser diode. Sorry, but I am not familiar with this diode. Who did you buy it from? If it was DTR, Jordan can tell you.

- my diode set at 1200mA very bright, when i use G2 len i see wide dot and beam as same as blue diode. it is not too wide as MItshu P71,73,7x and sharp.
i like it
- in the picture 2 dots laser , i take photo at about 300m

This blue laser is really PLTB450B right?. 2.8w It's too much overload.

I think 2.5a current. Osram diode is good!!!
oh no no, if you try push up to 2.5A it will die! i only set it at 1.8A is max, of course don't have all them is 2.8w, it is lucky! most they have been set max at 2w-2.2w
