Got my LaserBee II today. Thanks a lot (OK, I did buy it on the website, as I didn't have a paypal account, but now I have one).

My main lasers varies from 5mW to 700mW, so now I can try to push my 405nm up, and see what else I can burn with it, but first I must get a decent heatsink on it :).

What are the lowest power it can read? I see the laser that is in my IR thermometer doesn't register on it, so I guess it must be very low power....
 
Once your LaserBee 2.5W USB is acclimated to the test area
and you haven't touched the Thermopile heat sink you will be
able to detect the heat of your had from 6" away.

It may take 20 to 40 seconds to register the radiated heat signature.

I got my LPM today Jerry. I ordered Saturday and received today (Saturday)! Only 7 days from Canada, awesome.

I sent a PM for the instructions/ software.

Hurry and put your Harley up and get online to send me my damn instructions haha.

Actually there is no Mail Service in our area on the weekends.
Your LaserBee was shipped out on Monday June 11.

If only I had the time for a ride... been in the shop since
4:30 AM...

I have a couple of questions about the LaserBee II.

1. I see there is a couple of unfitted components on the LaserBee II. What are those components used for?
2. How linear is the LaserBee II over its power range?
3. How linear is the LaserBee over its frequency range?
4. What is the bandwidth of the LaserBee?

We don't sell our LaserBee II on LPF....
This is a Sales Thread for a LaserBee 2.5W USB LPM.
