But before I buy, may I please ask if you know if it's still accurate? Idk how they calibrate them, but I'm dubious about buying a used LPM and it was uncalibrated or something. Would you happen to have another LPM you could check it with?
Edit: I guess an equally important point is does the melted shiny paint cause too much of a % loss, and is it noticeable when working with 1-2w lasers
Edit 2: Gonna buy it no matter what though, just'd like to ask

I don't know, I could use someone with another LPM as a middleman but you would have to pay 2x shipping cost. I melted it with a 2.5W laser so I would not suggest going above 2W. I LPM'd a 1.6W 520nm and it showed 1.5W, I'm not sure if it was the laser or the LPM though, it was LPM'd on a much higher end LPM when it reached 1.6W so it might have only been for a short while only noticed by a shorter response time. I don't think it changes the reading much if you shine the laser on a non-damaged bit and it will certainly give you a better estimate than no LPM.
