It comes with everything even the battery. It DOES burn
Ive burned the hell out of tape and it light a couple of matches. Its
weird at first when focusing but you will get used to it. I am guess that the output is well over 50mw since it burns(or at least 50mw)
These dont come with chargers when you buy them and I dont have a charger.
the battery will be charged though.
The Laser is in mint condition.
I would say maybe 8 minutes total use.
