FS: Custom Built Spinning Tops. Spins For 12min

Up for sale is a couple of tops. These top come with a wax coated string and a top stabilizer pin. My personal best spin time with these tops are about 12 minutes but I think they could go for longer if conditions are perfect. For best results the surface should be hard and level. They work by wrapping the string around the top and inserting the brass pin in the top to stabilize it as you pull the string. The tops are one and 1-3/8" diameter and 1-3/8" tall. The bottom of the top has a steel ball bearing for a perfect rounded bottom.

They look really nice and I bet you can get more than 12 min if you were to use something like a dremel to spin them up, some dremel's can reach 30,000 RPM so give it a try and let us know :gj:

Agreed. I don't think any top could spin for more than a day.
