Those modules are an awesome deal, in fact Mohrenberg you have a pm :)
Has anyone tried these in the rpl style host that Ehgemus makes?

My mini RPL is on the way, and Mohrenburg is making me a module. It should be a VERY easy build. $35 + Module = cheap and easy build.

Yes. These are completely built, you just have to attach them to a battery source.

All module types (other than 8x of course) are on-hand now!

These have been selling pretty steady. Thanks for the support.

Let's say I wanted a blu-ray <100mw, and my budget was $40 for the host, heatsink, batteries, etc, what could I do? does anyone here sell kits specifically for these modules?

see this

I sell a DX sku 3405 host/heatsink combo for $38 dollars plus shipping. (batteries not included)

It will fit a full length AixiZ module. For a blu-ray/rkcstr build using one of these modules, you would use 3 X 10440 rechargeable batteries.

the possibilities are endless with compatible hosts....

our easiest bet would be to get one of jayrob's kits that take atleast 7v power source, or get a coleman heat sink from flaimpyro and make one from a coleman max CR2 flashlightfrom wal-mart
