dear , this is my 638nm laser, i really don't know diode's name ! and I have only this host for 638nm

Nice. Quite partial to the tiny hosts myself. Very similar to the build in my sig.

Here is the diode. This is one of my favorite diodes. Makes a nice tight beam/spot that is pretty bright. I do notice a lot of shift on these when pushing hard. I usually run them around 275mA or little less to prevent an actual reduction in overall visual brightness due to the shift removing any small gains in power output going past.

300mW was foldback on the one I tested which was in a beefy sink. Would be interesting in seeing a LPM video. Below is a quick run on mine.
If you can make a LPM test I notice on others of yours I have seen you turn off right at the peak but to asses the actual capabilities of a unit seeing the stability for a full run. Be awesome if it was for the full duty cycle you are thinking the unit can do.


Anyway on my test here ran up to 400mA and it did get to 300mW but dropped like a stone trying to maintain. Anyway not a dig it is a great looking unit just noting that if the goal is the awesome color and visibility might actually get better results turning it down some. If that trade off is desired to get in the range to do some light burning while still having close to that color then no problems go for it as with pretty short duty cycle in a host like this should be able to push it a bit without issue.

I use acm7135 380mA for it and it run stability at power 315mw with G2 lens!
This is the first diode 638nm singlemode i have used !
I feel it is very good beam and colour! I really liked it! Although before this happened with me at Mits 500-1w 638nm
And the next plan of me will be 638nm 1.5w
