For Sale: 2 Aurora SH-032 Lasers
Violet is Sold. The red one is still for sale!
These two are twins aside from wavelength. They both put out ~350mW. The actual output can be seen in the LPM charts below. After playing with them quite a bit I've found that they don't even heat up after a minute.
As seen in a few of the photos the focus ring is receded into the front of the host pretty far. It only protrudes a small bit and is focused to infinity.
The 405 runs on 2x CR123's at 380mA and the 635 runs at 640mA on 1x 18650. The red one appears much brighter in person however the violet looks brighter in the photo. The violet one will burn your skin or pop a dark balloon. They are both awesome lasers! This is my first sale here on LPF so I would happily use a middle man at the buyers expense if that is how they would like to do it.
Here are a few pics of the LPM's, hosts and beams.

The asking price is $150 each and this includes 2 CR123's or 1x 18650 depending on which laser you buy.
If you were looking to buy both, I would settle for $280 for the set including batteries.

Thanks for the luck and the bump yesterday. Running the red at 1.2A would definitely decrease the life of the diode by 70% or more. But... DTR tortured one of them for 5 mins at 1.6A. Many others have pushed them too so I was just throwing it out there. Haha.
Like I said, I haven't done this, nor would I before trying to sell the thing, but I think its a safe thing to say, assuming the user knows that the diode won't last nearly as long. Hope that my thoughts aren't completely outrageous.

IIRC DTR and others pushed theirs in TECs... in a small host you're going to have fast heat build up, so while the diode might survive for a while... You're really basically torturing it to death:p

Also if you push past ~900mA you'll see the diode becomes a whole lost less stable and starts to drop at about 1-2mW/s. So unless you happen to have a very efficient diode, I wouldn't offer the option. Just my $.02:)

Thankya
Sassafras is a root that is often extracted to make many different things. I don't think it has to do with ecstasy if thats what you were talking about? But I may be wrong!
