Put together a video of the green burning some stuff, recently cleaned the lens on it as well so the dot is perfectly clean, looks better than new unfortunately photobucket doesnt seem to support 720p, the quality is still decent though.

Not dumb at all

I'm in south England, and they take CR123A rechargeable batteries. The 4.2V ones, normally labelled as 3.7V.

The green uses 1 of the above, and the PHR MXDL uses 2.

when fully charged the batteries put out 4.2V, perfect for the lasers.

Manage to find a picture of the host just after I bought it, so you can get a good idea of what it'll look like after it's re polished if you decide to go that route with the kind offers above ^^
