It must average at 1050 mW because he doesn't specify if it's greater or lower than that value. The <> signs are more commonly seen on websites that sell lasers, but these custom ones are usually built and then tested by the builder who then sell it to you. Just enlightening you as this is your first post on these forums. Welcome to LPF btw!
