Anyone with a glass cutter can cut them to size, and no it's not buying "junk" off ebay - LCD projectors contain high quality optics, and as I'm sure you already know - LCD projector manufacturers want to squeeze every lumen out of the lens as possible, which means using AR coatings and high end optics to achieve the best picture quality possible.
I'm not trying to undercut you, although I could quite easily. Merely showing people that front surface mirrors are easy to obtain. For the price of two of your tiny mirrors, you could get a whole projector which will contain a mirror with more surface area, which could be cut into pieces as you desire.
