I have not seen many references to this site from here but i find laser focus world site useful. there is a free webcast up tmw, by jeff Hecht a good ol longtime laser book author hosted by laser focus world. the subject is about green lasers and is about a hour long. The link tells more detail and where you can sign up. You can catch it later, to if you sign up, they will let you replay it. The link:
