Great post T_J, its good to share the marvelous world of free samples.
However anyone thinking of ordering samples please remember the first line of the post:
"Samples are a free service from these companies and they are ment for discovering new devices, do NOT order tons of them or they will stop offering them. Remember, order only what you need, not what you want to have (just sitting on your desk)."
Only order what you will use and never resell! We get samples from companies due to their good will and smart marketing. Please do not under any circumstance take advantage of this, no matter how tempting it may be to stockpile electronic components that you "might" need in the future.
I have Ordered samples from many places but i have ordered for TI and they have great shipping and i have never been denied. i always get what i requested the next day. with no charges. The other place i have ordered from is austriamicrosystems - analog IC, analog semiconductors - Standard IC solutions and ASICs. i got my parts but it took a little longer and there was $20 in duties.
