Found these projectors for dirt cheap but

Does anyone know if they have laser diodes in them. A couple of them are high end units in the 3and4 thousand dollar range. I'll post the link in case someone can buy them. Right now the bid is only 40 bucks and their are 5 of them.

I do a lot of mining as long as its free. I'm always looking at various auctions and have passed up some great deals only because I didn't know if they had diodes in them. I'm gonna check out the manufacturers websites of the model numbers and hopefully I can find some data. I'm gonna start a list as I find them.
