So I got this message earlier -

The parcel is ready for shipping now. But we found you left remark to us that you need us send you the battery charger.
But this model in our stock is triggerd by AAA battery not rechargeable battery. So there are no prepared batter charger.
And for safety purpose we will no include the battery along with the item for easy cusoms inspection. Please understand thanks!

If you need we could gift you one pcs of laser protective goggles please advise in return!

This is the message I sent;

I recently placed an order for the RF532-150mW-LSL and I need to ask something before I pay.

Customs in the UK will charge extra if the laser is marked above £18, could you please mark it below this number as I would not like to be charged.
Furthermore I wrote in the remarks section that I would like the laser tested before you ship it to me, I would like to review this laser so it would be greatly appreciated :)
Thank You.

I didn't ask for anything in the remark, only for it to be tested for power and give me the result and to mark the product below £18 to avoid customs charges.

Is this normal? I know people get free gifts from Rayfoss but is how you get them, from mistakes? lol

Edit: Link for laser

I see the message that you received from Rayfoss... but I don't
see a copy of exactly what you sent to them...
I also don't see a link to what Laser you are referring to...

Normally they don't send Batteries with the Laser so that
it is difficult for Custom's officials to test your illegal Laser
if spotted by them...

If you didn't ask for anything.... then you could accept their offer
or let them know they made a mistake...

Added that stuff in the original post, thanks.
I don't like how you said illegal laser, I don't believe it is illegal to import into the UK :p
