I need help identifying what diode I'm working with here. Before you commence the bashings, Yes I HAVE used the search function, and google. All I have come up with is the table that is attached from google. So unless I am being completely dense, I could use some guidance.

If you are looking at diode extraction I'm pretty sure there are a lot of videos on it on youtube.
I can extract it, I just wanna know specs on it so I don't go mad scientist and make a star destroyer by accident.

Cant guarantee that it is though.
I never really had luck finding the specific model number for diodes in DVD/RW drives.
