Review: It's actually measures 200mw after it warms up. It will peak at around 600mw, but only for a few seconds. If you follow a 20 second duty cycle it will maintain 200mw or maybe a little more. This is a huge let down from the avertised 1 Watt! Quality is good. It could use a diagram to make sure you insert the battery correctly. The on/off button works very well and has a blue led to let you know that power is activiated by the key. It's actually a very good laser except for the misleading advertised power. There are places offering the same laser power for less.

There is another review on there, but it's clearly a plant.

200mW is likely, 1W with IR is possible... either way, not a good choice.

Sold to macdevilghost for $249.50. Kept bargaining and even begged to leave him abit of money for lunch during meet-up. Oh well .. enjoy .. i ripped myself off =D

^^^A little, but not much. On the plus side you have a little money back, and the laser has a nice home.

Just make sure you explain proper safety to the buyer as I don't expect he is too aware of what he is getting.

thats true.. ill be getting a better one when im not so short of money !
he does seem a little oblivious with the baby, but he seemed like an expert when he is haggling! he says he has 2 x 1w blues .. so i hope he knows safety himself.. but i was annoyed by the tmart greenie comparison with my olike ... lol
