The chrome and gold SF hosts look different? Are they the same the tailcap switches look different as one is recessed the other protrudes.

These host have my attention.

Yes you are correct. They both are L2 hosts but one (the gold one iirc off top of my head) has a L2p tailcap. There was a mix up from SF and thats what they sent. They are the same exact hosts and tailcap minus the L2p is able to tailstand. Its the L2 tailcap with an added lip I guess, similar to a C6 style if you want to look at it that way I guess. The L2 series has many variations and all the variations are based off the L2 body or battery section. These variations (L2p, L2n, L2, etc...) have different bezels and tailcaps based on the model. Some have long long black ano and polished tail caps, oen has a flat bezel, one has the strike bezel like these have, one has the easy access tail cap one has the style we are used to in lasers.

SF just makes a ton of options so people can buy a body and add the rest of the parts that fit their wants and desires

Personally I like the L2p as a P60 host due to being able to tail stand. I have a stock blue one with a ledengin 365nm drop in sitting on my desk at all times

Bump. Will take $40 each for the polished or black C6s. Just want everything gone so i can pay for my lift kit on my Silverado and Jeep......wanting to get those lifted this month so must raise funds or I'm digging into my savings

I need to go to the post office tomorrow or Wednesday to ship out two flashlights so buy now for quick shipping (I always ship quick but hey it saves me trips when people buy stuff around the same day lol)
