We were celebrating two birthdays.

yes, it's a kind of cured meat.... and a kind of ¿¿¿¿¿¿(<--- another clue)prosciutto????but a very special one. it's easy to distinguish among the other "prosciutto" (italian word... I prefer jamón)

About 60 or more euros/kilo, which is about $100/kg.
Fucking expensive, yes.... but if you taste it you'll see why.
