focusing lens not turning on aixiz

my focusing lens on my aixiz module is binded up and is not turning. what should i do?

ahhhhhhhh!!! i just broke it in half with pliers!!! im having a bad laser day...

Combined with your previous thread ( My LD won't fit) My guess is that you have distorted your Aixis housing making it oval rather than round...if I am correct I don't hold out much hope, retapping the thread might sort it but I have no clue what thread tap you would need

Did you by chance hold the module in a vice at some point?

yes, my brand new sony 16x dvd burner diode :'( no, i never held it in a vice, only pliers
