I'm planning on running a flexdrive @ 1.25A or more.
What components on the chip need heatsinking?
I know the IC on the backside will need heatsinked and maybe the resistors.
What about the inductor on the topside or the little black thing between the capacitors on the topside? Anywhere else?
I want long duty cycles. I was going to use copper blocks and Arctic Alumina because it's not conductive/capacative and I plan on getting it everywhere. The 445nm diode will have an aixiz copper head mounted inside a larger copper heatsink too - so the diode should be cooled well.
