It's great for gun owners. But I think montana is even better, they're trying to draft a law that puts no restrictions on guns manufactured in montana, IIRC. This means that theoretically you could have a class III with no permit, as long as it was made in montana. I might have this wrong, but still, montana is definately a gun state.
