Ok guys... now i am more satisfied then ever
Did some more tests and i am very confident that the power is true!
First test is the Phobo-Stream i bought from member rhd:
Red laser 1.1w
He tested it at 1.1w with an Laserbee Tec LPM. So metered power is right on.

Here is my lab laser, bought as a 600mw laser. I think 800mw is a good overspec, but in the range of normal with lab lasers:
Laby
And then... finally... my handheld greenie reaching 1.6watts!!!! - Keeppower batteries taken right out of the charger 100% fully loaded.
The monster :lasergun:
Damn... that is about the most overspec i´ve ever seen! It was worth telling Dave from Lasever to send me a good unit
(first one was sent back during not perfect TEM)
Here is a direct comparison between my lab laser and the handheld:
Comparison
I did an additional test with an old (and dirty) IR coated glass infront of all the lasers. The Phobo went all the way down to ~450mw. Is it possible that the coated glass is for green lasers? The lab laser went down to ~700mw max. and the handheld was at about ~1400 max. But since i put it infront outside the lasers and not perfectly adjusted, i think these losses are typical
And the lab has an IR filter as well as my handheld. Maybe it would be less if i had cleaned it.
