Pretty unstable but still up to up to spec and over spec peak. Did you meter IR? I know that it was asserted that these have IR filters but saw that was only the conclusion of rhd because his unit had very low IR output. If they do then this laser is a steal even if it is unstable.

Ok, so with Sanyo battery Peak is Lower LOL.
With Chinese Ultrafire at Full charge i got 410mW peak, ONE TIME ONLY
With Full charge Sanyo i get 298mW peak, unstable from 210mW to 280mW
