I guess this goggles are perfectly safe for 15 mW.
When beam hit in my eye though googles I barely see dot that is orange color.
Laser safety goggles that I got with laser are O.D. 5.0 @ 488 - 514 nm
I know it's say never look directly into beam but it's for powerful argon 1-5w
:tsk:

I have a similar set of glasses (wearing them in my profile pic). But I beg to differ with you. You should NEVER look into the beam of a working laser, no matter how low the power. Thats just asking for bad luck - what if the power supply went bonkers, supplied 20A to the tube and it jumped up to 50 or so mW?

I have to wear my glasses with my pointer - its spot is so bright it gives you headaches even looking off to the side when you point it across the room at the wall. I only show my friends if they are happy to wear a set of safety glasses. I basically treat my pointer like a loaded gun. Thats also why I will never fit one with a clicky - so easy for it to roll or move, or be dropped, and just like a loaded firearm, go and cause an eye injury. Also my pointer has a 10 second timeout. Should the press button fail short circuit, the circuitry will cut power to the diode after 10s on time. A nice safety feature :)

After a year of sitting, I fired up my old LASOS.
It is a LGK 7872 ML02. I let the cathode heat for about 10
minutes, turned the key and BLUE beam. At low power or high
power I get 8 colors using a CD for a grating and yes, at full power,
it will pop a balloon!
Being chilly here today, it warms the room nicely --- I'm running
at 120 Deg F on the exhaust.
I should sell this toy but I'm too lazy to find boxes to pack it.
Anyone near Clear Lake, IA looking for an Argon?
