I purchased the Fenix PD31 from the Fenix-Store. Cost was $67.11.
The Fenix PD31 uses either 2 CR123's or 1 18650 Rechargeable Lithium. I like the fact the PD31 uses 1 18650. I mainly use the 1 18650.
The PD31 is supposed to be a limited run light of 4,000 pieces. That's why I got one right away.
A holster, lanyard, rear rubber boot cover, instructions and 2 o-rings.
Uses a Cree XP-G R5 LED.
SMO (Smooth) Reflector. Has an anti roll built onto the head.
Front of the battery tube. Square threads.
Rear view of the battery tube square threads.
Rear shot of the reverse clickie.
When the head is fully tightened you are in Turbo mode. Half press you can access strobe.
Turn the head clockwise a little you can get into low, medium, high and SOS. Half press to get into the other levels.
A very easy UI (User's Interface)
Can tail stand.
Comes with a holster. Not very durable.

Specifications
Six levels of output:
Turbo: 304 lumens, 2 hours 15 minutes
High: 124 lumens, 8 hours 16 minutes
Medium: 67 lumens, 16 hours
Low: 2 lumens, 200 hours
SOS: 124 lumens
Strobe: 304 lumens

I measured the lux readings of the Fenix PD31 on Turbo only.
I used my Meterman LM631 Lux Meter to measure the lux reading. I used a freshly charged AW Black 18650 2200mAh battery. I took the reading within 1 minute turning on the light.
Fenix PD31, 1 *18650, Turbo @ 1 meter - 4,000 lux @ 1 meter.
----------------------------------------------------------
Fenix PD31, 1 18650 @ 96"
Fenix PD31, 1 18650, Turbo @ 32'
Fenix PD31, 1 18650, High @ 32'
Fenix PD31, 1 18650, Medium @ 32'
No low in the shots at 32'. It's a very low, good for reading at night.
-----------------------------------------------------------
The finish is Type III Hard Anodize. The parts match very good. I see no flaws in my finish.
The threads are square. The threads on the light feel very smooth. Once you rotate the head or tail cap into the o-ring it get a little tighter. You should get good protection from water.
Has an anti roll feature built into the head.
Also a clip which is bezel down. Cannot be reversed.
I do see a very slight light spot in the hot spot. I wouldn't call it hole though. The tint is nice and white. No green in the beam tint. I like lights I can always turn on high. I leave my light set on turbo. I haven't run the light very long so I don't know how hot the head will get.
The lux reading I got at 1 meter was 4,000 lux. It seems right compared to some of the other lights I have. The PD31 doesn't have the over powering hot spot but has very good side spill.
At turbo the manufactures rated run time is 2.5 hrs. Not bad. I haven't check it though. Not enough time to do reviews let alone doing run times.
The holster is a nice touch. I wish a thicker material was used. With heavy use I can see the holster wearing quickly.
I've been EDC (Every Day Carrying) the light for a few weeks. It's on the larger size for an EDC but it doesn't bother me. I can only EDC my light on my weekends because my work I carry a different light on my belt.
