The Arctic that I managed to get does not produce 1W of output more like 750mw. Mine took a while to get and apprears to have shipped from an address in Austin, Tx. If your shipment gets confiscated by customs and kept you are out on the gb with a lot of unhappy customers. It's not worth the risk.
 
Get them to sell you just the host and you will have people all about it lol......
