Fantalaser

To my knowledge, the best anyone has done with a portable has been the Herc. I have yet to see a portable 1W laser. You need very careful temperature regulation and portable hosts cannot provide that.

It have a micro air cooling including.

for any more information i have to ask to the engeneer that make it for us.

but there is a copiright about the components

we are working now for make 1500mW portable green laser pointer

:)

we come soon!

:)))))

I doubt it. I'll believe it when one is tested by one of our guys. Other than that I'm calling BS. Since when is Italy in the foreground of hand-held laser technology? If it was made in China we would have already been seeing it pop up. BS

If you come in italy you can test and check it.

we make total her in italy.

we buy only the body whole from china.

I know that many manufacturers of laser pointers fear us because we could create a lot of competition.
Ours is a project that was born in late 2007 and count for 2011 to be a leader in the field of laser systems for use not only astronimic but especially for scientific and medical.
speiciali we studied the material and we are exploring a micro cooling system for cooling liquid.

for any more informetion please feel free to tell me and i contact my engeneer.

greatings.

Like you said, you have copyright on the design, so what can we ask you? Nothing, just like your laser. Until we have a trusted member test your laser, no one will believe it. Talk is cheap.

Yes, you should definately send out some units for trusted members to review.

Good luck, trying to review their lasers.

The day he posted that the lasers are built in-house, I sent him a PM stating I am willing to review/meter his laser and send it back upon completion.

The main reason being that Slovenia is a neighbouring country...and that if the lasers are in fact in-house built and not from a generic manufacturer (up-to-spec), a review would open up perhaps the largest on-line market for such lasers...no reply...

I think the lasers should be reviewed by members that have owned very high powered greenies before.

May I ask why, Big Brother? :na:

Will their meter be more accurate, since it is used to higher power in the 532nm range? :) If it is safety, I have a stash of IR diodes which far surpass the power of this laser.

That being said, it will give me no particular pleasure to review the laser, so if anyone else wants to do it be my guest. Good luck.

I wonder...
If it has a 5W 808 pump... that will drain about 6 or 7 Amperes. Only the diode. The TEC (if it has one) and forced air all add up to that, and I'm willing to bet that this kind of laser would drain about 10 A. That would be like, 3 x 18650 in parallel.
I highly doubt that the laser would actually output 1W of green light, despite the cost.

Only way to find out is to test it.
