My longest trip port to port were two weeks from Bremerhaven to Singapore.
I have also been unfortunate enough to have a whole 3 months tour without a chance to get ashore.

Right now I am on a Norwegian supply vessel 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off with opportunity to go ashore at assorted oil bases.
(And sometimes in town )
