Definitely not, but it was a little overboard. Texting is an extremely stupid thing to do while driving, and my city has put a 500$ ticket on those caught just TALKING on the phone, texting is like 800$, it's crazy but it's working, the first DAY it came out the handed out 37 tickets within a week it was down to one now it's hardly ever.

Reality is a little overboard sometimes. Sometimes people need a shock to wake them up. I know I did on many things.

The "Traces of death" videos are the worst I've seen. A friend and I were eating pizza, and he lost it and puked. I asked him if he was going to finish the slice he puked on, and he puked again LOL.
