FAIL THREAD!!!!

I'm not kidding when I say that was the default expression the whole movie. I know actors play to certain strengths, but it would have been nice to see a greater emotional range from the guy instead of just angry/confused/disappointed the whole time.

***Minor wolverine plot spoilers ahead, really really minor. You've been warned.

With Wolverine, I thought they did a a great job overall. They developed a bit of a love story there, and gave him more depth. In the first wolverine movie, I feel it was rather stupid the way they just glossed over his history pre WWII. (There is a rationale in one of the books for that, in that while he does heal from anything, and is essentially immortal [healing ability varies greatly from one source to the next] he loses his memory of past lives, due to having lived hundreds, maybe thousands of years.)

The one scene which completely didn't fit was with the ninja's... I mean you would think somewhere between the first 2-3 arrows with ropes pulling him to a stop, he'd start cutting them off... he is well equipped for that after all. The confrontational approach was also silly... to just go in through the main street. Meanwhile Deathstrike does the logical thing, and safely takes the back door :p

Lol, movie cyborgs are not know for their emotional range. I will cite Kurt Russel in Soldier and Arnie as the Terminator ;)

He literally had one look iirc...

I love this one :)

Wolverine and the arrow scene was pretty absurd although perhaps they were highlighting the whole self sacrifice thing, tragic characters are big on that. Smarts, not so much

LoL, true, very true, but Damon was not playing a cyborg. He was playing a normal guy.

Idk about you, but if I found out I have a maximum of five days to live I'd probably be a bit upset at some point during those five days :tinfoil:

He also had that same expression when talking to supposedly the love of his life...

Arnie has him beaten in acting abilities. Not so sure about Kurt Russel. Also wasn't overly impressed with that movie.

Lol, Traci Lords. I remember her ;)

Hard call there MessiTom :)

Just don't go to any all night Raves with her ;)

An unpleasant surprise,

leads to a still inevitable scenario...

I predict an uptick in TSA hiring anytime now, due to them being flooded with applications for Breast Examiners...

Al-Qaeda’s chief bomb-maker Ibrahim al-Asiri is thought to have developed explosives that can be concealed in implants or bodily cavities and escape detection from airport scanners, according to The Mirror.
One staff member said: “There are genuine fears over this.
"We have been told to pay particular attention to females who may have concealed hidden explosives in their breasts."

Breast implant explosives could be used in terrorist attack - Telegraph

Yowza, those are some big... (.)(.)

I can just see the TSA agents going, "Excuse me Mam, I need to thoroughly examine your breast, feel free to enjoy yourself as you are thoroughly fondled. For your protection of course."

What's the next step? To xray or MRI every single person that flies? This while airports are still failing constantly in detecting standard stuff like say knives, and guns on a regular basis.

Try getting a lighter through airport security :p Smoke before going through security.

My buddy had to throw out a 200$ bottle of cologne because it was 1 once over the limit.

We have to put all our sharp objects in checked backage on the plane ride back home from overseas. I would love for someone to stand up on a 737 with nail clippers and say they are taking the plane. Usually around 200 military members of all different backgrounds. They would never find the body. Lol.

Well, I can actually kind of respect the reasoning behind not wanting lighters, especially gas lighters on board. No justifiable reason why they should freak out about a zippo though.

Just to lighten up a bit...

On a serious side now, what does the future bring?
