Yes, but at that cost, you'll get a warranty. Also, I can sometimes get the same PL III from another really great company new and fully warranted for about $425. So at ~180 it's really a deal -Glenn

Glenn, Thanks for the quick shipping! I received it today and everything is as described. I put some fresh energizer batteries in it and it is putting out about 120mW's steady. I like the beam because it is much thicker then the pen size lasers and it really shoots an awesome solid beam into the night sky [smiley=vrolijk_26.gif]. Thanks again!
