damn i hate usps. they are super slow. been waiting for little over 2 weeks now. :(
course it's not only usps that sucks. i ordered a 16GB sdhc card from frys.com. it started out one state over and ended up shipping to wrong dhl facility and ended up way down in Florida when it was supposed to be shipped to me in Indiana.

hello, i am new here and i am very interested in stuff which "BluRay" is offering here...

first of all please appologize my english, i come from Slovakia ::)
i would like to say that this is exactly what i was looking for..
i have only one question - can i use 23A battery {12V} for this module???
i would like to fit it into my old green laserpointer case..
is it good idea???
thank you very much

Firstly the module can be used with battery ranging from 7V-12V. So if your battery is anywhere in between or upto 12V then its ok to use.
If your going to put it into your laser case, then you do it at your own risk. I have no say in what people do with thier modules.

Droyd, laser pointers are illegal but as far as i know, modules are perfectly fine. I dont list them as laser modules, i list them as Light modules, so it could be anything. But i havent had anyone not got theirs yet. so you shouldnt have any probs.

hi, i wrote
MY OLD LASER POINTER CASE
but probably i wote it wrong... :-/ my english is really poor.. :'( i was thinking exactly BODY, SHELL, OR TUBE from my old green laserpointer pen like on the picture which i attached..
will it be OK, or i will need to provide anything else with better heatsink????

my second question is : Is there any reverse polarity protection??

3. i am going to use a 12V baterry, so will be there more heating { pre-heat} than vith 9V battery???

i hope that you can understand me now
cheers

i never used it for that build before, so i cant say i know if it will fit. But yes, a 12V will work, and for that laser, only a 12v will fit. because another battery wont be enough power for 7V upwards.

But with all Lasers its better to have good heatsink. but if your going to use it for short cycle then its not really needed. the green module that comes in that laser also doesnt have a heatsink to it. So you just have to use it about 2-3 mins on and 1 min off.

ok tommy thanx for your replies
everything sounds goooooood
now only matter if i will fit your module into my tube, but if wont there is no problem, i will find another solution..

but before i will send you payment i still have a couple of questions...
you offer red module as well, but i havent find any specifications... probably i will take red one as well but can you please describe it before.. i mean for how many MW is it set, how powerfull is it, which driver did you use, input voltage etc..??

does your Blu-Ray module has any reverse polarity protection???
Will 12V battery produce more heat than 9V battery???

my last query is about visibility 405mn wavelenght light... i have read a lot of stuff about this wavelenght and it seems, if you are not very lucky and you will get one which is under 405nw that it could be nearly invisible...
so my question on you is what do you thing about your modules, are they above or under 405nw wavelenght..
i dont doubt your modules i just want to know your subjective view.. do you think that they are good visible?
is there any others types {kinds} of violet DIODES which can guarantee that they are little bit above 405nw and are more visible for human eye's???

sorry for my probabbly stupid question, but i would like to know as much as possible about this great stuff - LASERS
thank you very much.

Thanks Tommy can't wait till this arrives so I can finally get my BR finished !

ya i hate waiting for things in the mail

how much would it cost to install it in a host?will BluRay do this?

EDIT: read the rest of your post, and removed the question ;) I will be contacting you within days about an order.
