Is that a joke?
It says the light in that range is "largely absorbed by the cornea", so most doesn't hit the retina.

But that don't sound good either lol. Your still talking (x)mw going to the cornea, and it's got to convert to something. Probably heat.

So you will melt your cornea rather than your retina? lol

no laser is eye safe. especially at the 30w CW that theyre talking about...

No Problem :-( Law enforcement uses "eye safe" lasers for speed "control" all the time in the USA. They don't care about your eyes or any part of them.
