I just can't wait for them to come back in stock  

I believe they will have them in 2 weeks as most of their stock is in the lower power levels. They are sending the lower levels back to CNI for trade with higher levels as they dont sell any lower levels.

The price is just too damn good

The envee 100 looks like a killer for the price of only $295.00. Unfortunately, they are sold of them for another week or 2.

Yeah - I am doing MY review ;D I have one coming to my place from a member here for me to check out, test, and send back - so I can make up my mind a little better, and find out if he is right about potential problems it may be having....Call it the first of the "pass-arounds"

I use mine everyday for important stuff. Definitely not using that as a pass around unit.

I use it for like pointing at my wall, and making my keyboard smoke. You know...important.

This whole thread is talking about the Envee, but its asking about the envee vs the WL or DL 125.....

I have seem alot of "specs" and pictures about the envee, but I don't see many actual performance videos?

I have asked how far it will burn a match with NiMH or pop a balloon and as of yet and gotten no takers.

I agree the features and looks and ruggedness appear nice, but the bottom line is what does it do?

Here are some videos to compare with:
I can pop a balloon at 10 feet in about 2 seconds or less... I can burn a match at 2 feet.....

Would I want to deal with the weight and size if it won't outperform the dragon thats very light and compact and good looking?

I'm not trying to be Against the Envee.. I think it has allot going for it, I just expect "more" power and "longer" runtimes for so much metal mass.

I'm almost to the point of not even wanting something that big and heavy at all unless I just go ahead and get an Aries.... or even a Herc.. it its not pocketable, then whats the point of playing patti cake?

I challenge someone do a duo!! LOL!


Video of burning 7 matches over a 2 minute period!... each of which is farthur in distance with the last being 2 foot away after almost 2 minutes or runtime was still able to burn at that distance!

I don't have a video camera and you kept saying I wouldn't do it for you.

I have two professional cameras, they don't take videos, just good pictures.

I can do performance pictures from the lasers point of view...possibly.
