I want to show you guys what i have finally done with this projekt.
Build me DIY beam expander wich fits in diameter with 12mm standstone green module.
I cant lathe a tread like 11x0,5 for the original tube from the greenie, got not the right tools for that.
To make a connection i fix it in the barrel with two tight fitting orings.
A strong spring fix the wobbling of the second lens like in normal modules.
To avoid abrasion i use it with some silicon grease.
The Lenses on beam entrance is from a cheap DX red Module. The other one, at the exit of the expander, is taken from the LG22x sled.
Its the Lens between the mirrors, not the beam exit one. Looks like AR coated, blue tinted like.
It works.
I think its 2x expansion, the image is taken with fog and the unexpanded beam is much brighter, this is wrong shown.
One from the lenses has some scratches that makes alot distortion on the wall.
Two more lenses cost power but this is ok when its in use for yellow, the green is much brighter then the red normaly.
Finally iam not right happy with this solution!
For my long time projekt "Yellow Pointer" i will test the inverted solution with red diode in green module housing, to get a smaller beam diameter.
I think that i have to remove the cristal for that? we will see.
