Hi there,
I'm new to the forum and I have a question about a project I am interested in pursuing. I have already tried searching and didn't see any previous entries regarding this subject.
Project Scope: Structured Water
There is not much science about structured water, but the hypothesis basically states that water has a crystalline structure at the molecular level and this structure can be effected and organized through various treatments. Some of the treatments you will see people doing are exposing the water to 528HZ sound waves, vortexing the water, or vortexing the water while exposing it to a magnetic field, etc. It sounds pretty new age at first but there have been some interesting anecdotes and even a little bit of science regarding magnetized water on plant growth so I'm going for it.
Now for the Laser part:
What I want to do is encode a signal into the laser and beam it into the water while its vortexing in the magnetic field. I'm planning to get a tetrahedron shaped crystal and put it in the jar and shine the laser with the encoded signal into the crystal so it will refract all through the water, hopefully structuring the water according to the information within the signal.
I have a diagram showing what I want to do but I can't get it to attach.
Tl;dr: How would i go about encoding a string of ascii characters onto a laser pointer?
