We would need a link to be able to help you

They look like drivers for IR pump diodes. Ask the seller what the input and output voltage limits are. I can only see current limits listed.

That driver look's verymuch like this one from O-like
2pcs Constant current laser diode driver 80-500mA w/TTL - eBay (item 170347759942 end time Jun-17-10 08:10:30 PDT)

That one is for red diode's, but the pot on these drivers is super tochy in the 300ma ~ 450ma range and sorta jumps from 320ma to 420ma, with the two I have tested from O-like.
You will need to make a connection from the TTL + and the Power Input + to make the driver turn on. I cut and bent a wire lead from a LED into a U shape and solderd it on.

On a side note I have powerd a PHR with this driver, but it was only a quick test with 9v @ 90ma, any more than a PHR and the driver will likely overheat on longer run time's.

IIRC Seoul Lasers experienced just such a failure more than once with these.
