If it's buy it now and on ebay. Ebay pays for it using the seller fees.

I'm not very familiar with ebay. It says "buy it now" as one of the cash back things, so does that mean anything you buy with the "buy it now" option is discounted? Sorry for the dumb question

When you use bing, you should see the 8% bing cashback sign near every eligible purchase. Anything with buy it now should be covered.
