DX Points?

so how do you get DX to upgrade your account?

there was 1 thing that confused me about the 3 example links provided.

here they are:

why does the first one not have the little ~ at the begining? this is life or death here...

EDIT: I believe i figured out my life or death situation. It looks like r.81872405 is what you add after dealextreme, but if your going to add it after dealextreme followed by a SKU then you add in the ~

If your adding it to a product or category, you need the little squiggly.

Ill probably hit 200 this week and ill leave them a post in the affiliates forum and send them a email.

Im really getting into the whole dx referral thing. It seems that if done right it can be pretty profitable.

Same here, if you post those links in a place where people see them, you can gather up a nice chunk of points.

One thing that kills me is when somebody gets a refund, instead of refunding from the pending points, it refunds from the pending and available points, so I lose double the amount of points I earned originally.

He got that point from referrals. If you want to start earning a few points put your referral number at the end of any link you post to dx on this forum, might as well take advantage of the situation.

No, that would mean you would get 1% commission if somebody bought that after clicking on your link. So if I were to buy that off of your link you would get around .4 points.

so referrals only work when an item is purchased, right?
i could send out 1000 links with my ID at the end and get 0 points if no one bought anything?
