Dx dilda not focusing

Hi i recieved my dilda today and not happy with this, it won't focus at all i get is a big red dot.

Make sure the threaded piece with the lens is fully threaded into the head, if it isn't that can interfere with focusing (best to take the threaded part completely out of the laser and tighten the head then thread the assembly back into the laser) ...

Maybe it came without a lens? robson, did you try screwing the head all the way out to see if there is a spot where the dot is smaller?

I have the same problem. There isnt lens in a head.
