i managed to remove the glue from the lens, and was able to turn it... i got to tune it to 0.95 mrad!!

i found this amazing. any reccomendations on a glass lens i could fit?

Keep going i got 0.9 but be careful cleaning the lens as there coated for 532nm.

Is that some spare wire i see wrapped around the module?
Did that come from teh factory or did you put it there, mine is having connection issues and i'm looking for a quick and simple solution(aluminum foil?).

That is not spare wire, it's a cut spring that helps the module fit in well during assembly with the end of one part of the heatsink
