Keep going i got 0.9 but be careful cleaning the lens as there coated for 532nm.

Can you really focus it if you turn the black thingy behind the plastic thread that holds the lens?

Is that some spare wire i see wrapped around the module?
Did that come from teh factory or did you put it there, mine is having connection issues and i'm looking for a quick and simple solution(aluminum foil?).

Does a 120-150 mw sandstone module fit?

That is not spare wire, it's a cut spring that helps the module fit in well during assembly with the end of one part of the heatsink :)
