I'm making lasers and I seem to have miscounted the amount of diodes I have (again! lol) and I already have a guy who's been waiting quite a while for one. SO I need one entirely extracted bare diode with haste! GREAT haste people.... HASTE!!!  :D

I on the other hand will go to the low, low price of $20. (However, there's also a $1500 handling and shipping costs, since you want it so fast).

priority mail = perfectly fine ;D but i can't stress enough that it's entirely extracted, ribbon cable and all, cuz if it is not, I WILL kill it lol

Well I could supply one for $0.15 but it will take 6 months to get there ::) ::) ::)
