I have a glow board like the one's posted and have found that lower power lasers actually work better. I have a 400mW O-like and a cheap <5mW pen and I prefer the pen. Both lasers seems to charge the paint up about the same but the 400mW laser also kills your night vision with the bright dot. My 445nm also charges the paint well but it REALLY kills your night vision.

I looked at getting some before buying paint. I was thinking paint or stuff like this with long glow duration would not work well if you plan to use it "white board" style as you'd have to wait hours for a clean slate.
