I heard it rains there every day, is cloudy, and is 33% cheaper than NYC, sounds like my kind of town!
Plus with Microsoft HQ being over there, and Silicon Valley just a day-trip away, seems like the perfect place for someone who plans to get their Masters in Computer Science to move.
